ROYAL THAI AIR FORCE MUSEUM, DON MUANG

This listing is based on personal observations and research. Most exhibits have been closely inspected by the author, and many identities confirmed or corrected from previously published information, based on airframe data plates etc.  ‘Standard’ references such as Bob Ogden’s “Aircraft Museums & Collections of the World : Asia” and Lesley Hunt’s “Veteran and Vintage Aircraft” have also been referred to.  Credit is also due to Andy Marden, Dough Rough, Martijn Geerlings and other visitors in recent years.  Particular thanks to Grp. Capt. Sakpinit Promthep.

The Museum is accessed off Thanon Phahon Yothin, on the east perimeter of Don Muang Airport. Note that locations of aircraft within the Museum change regularly. The Museum is open 0900 to 1600 each day (not Public Holidays) – check before travelling!!
